It is one of the best questions a business owner can ask, and plenty of people forget to ask it until the money is already spent.
You should know whether something you paid for is doing its job. So here is exactly how you will know.
First, we write down where you are now
This is the step everyone skips, and it is the one that matters most.
Before we connect anything, we write down what is happening today. How many enquiries you get in a week. Roughly how many turn into work. How many come in after hours. How many bookings you handle by phone or WhatsApp.
It takes twenty minutes and it costs nothing. But without it, in three months you will be guessing, and guessing usually means believing whoever sounds most confident.
With it, you have something real to compare against.
Then we count the things that matter
Not everything. Just the few numbers that answer the question you actually care about: is this bringing me more business, or saving me time?
If we connected enquiries: how many came in after hours that you would have missed, how many arrived with enough detail to act on, and how many turned into paying work.
If we connected bookings: how many were booked without you touching your phone, and how many slots got filled that used to sit empty.
If we connected your products: how many people found the right thing and bought it, instead of leaving.
If we connected your common questions: how many got answered without you, and roughly how many hours a week that gives you back.
What we do not count
We are not going to send you a report saying “412 conversations”. That number means nothing. It does not tell you whether a single one turned into work.
Same with anything called “engagement”. If it did not become an enquiry, a booking, a sale, or an hour back in your day, we are not going to dress it up as a result.
Being straight about one thing
Some of the benefit will not show up in any report.
If someone asks their phone about your business, gets a helpful answer, and then rings you two weeks later: that call came from the connection, but nothing will record it that way.
We would rather tell you that than pretend we can measure everything. So we count what we can count honestly, you watch whether your overall business feels busier, and we treat the rest as a bonus rather than claiming credit for it.
If anyone tells you they can measure every bit of it, be careful.
What the first three months look like
Month one: quiet, and that is normal. Not much happens yet. We are watching how your customers actually use it and adjusting the rules. Something will be too strict and something too loose. This is expected. Do not judge it yet.
Month two: you start to see it. Enough has happened to spot a pattern. Usually one thing works better than we thought and one thing worse, and we adjust.
Month three: a real answer. Now you can compare against what we wrote down at the start and say honestly whether it is working.
If anyone promises you a big result in the first fortnight, they are telling you what you want to hear.
We tell you if it is not working
Sometimes it does not deliver, and there are usually three reasons:
- It is passing too much to you: the rules are too tight, and we loosen them.
- Hardly anyone uses it: we connected the wrong thing, and we should move to the right one.
- It works, but not enough to be worth it: that happens, and we will say so.
You will hear this from us, in plain language, rather than finding out months later. Nothing is worse than something quietly not working while everyone assumes it is fine.
What you actually get
Once a month, a short plain-language report. Not jargon and not a wall of charts, just: here is what it did, here is what we changed, here is what we suggest next.
And you can always ask. If you want to know something, message us.
And if you want to stop?
Then you stop. You are not signing away anything. It is your website and your customers.
Want to see the numbers for your business?
Start with a free AI check. Part of it is writing down where you are now, which is what makes any of this measurable later, and working out roughly what a new customer is worth to you and how many you might be missing.
If those numbers do not add up for your business, we will tell you straight. You keep the report either way.
Send us a WhatsApp or an email with your business name and website, and we will take it from there.
